Eliminate unused line breaks

Hi, thank you for this amazing package. I can't figure something out.

I don't want to include institution information for some sections (such as work in progress). If I leave an entry blank, the package doesn't print anything but still adds a line break. Is it possible to skip the institution and start directly with the descriptions after the title?

Example: I want to eliminate the space between the title and descriptions when there is no institution information.
