This repo has become the toolkit we use when interacting with LN. It's kinda grown larger than the original Analysis engine we envisioned.

Let's organize it a bit

Create a top-level folder for the GA and simulator. They can be separate folders if it makes sense or the same folder.
Create a README for each folder with basic usage instructions
