IRC contact field

It would be beneficial to have an irc contact field in addition to twitter, matrix, mastodon, xmpp, since Tor community channels exist on the OFTC network.

Since IRC is broadly implemented, the format could be networkname/nickname, for example irc:libera/Spydar007 or irc:oftc/Spydar007.
An alternative could be to include the full hostmask, like oftc/Spydar007!spydar007[]spydar007.com.

Suggestion: Instead, provide a Keyoxide field. Keybase is no longer used by almost any Relay operator.
IRC contact or other identity proofs can be done very easily with Keyoxide. Keyoxide is a decentralized tool to create and verify decentralized online identities.

I wrote my online identities into my OpenPGP key and uploaded them to keys.openpgp.org. IRC account included that's what it looks like
