outlook(new): Characters inserted using "Tab" key is not conveyed #17477

Steps to reproduce:

  • Open the new outlook.
  • press "CTRL+N" to draft a new e-mail
  • go to the compose(Message body) field and press "TAB" key.

Actual behavior:

The inserted characters are not announced!
Inserted characters:       
This more can be noticed when the speek indentation is on.

Expected behavior:

The characters inserted using "TAB" key must be conveyed!
Either tab indentation, or what kind of indentation it is should be conveyed.
