NVDA's documentation is not up-to-date for patch releases

Steps to reproduce:

• Launch NVDA in French (or any other language than English)
• Open the What's new document

Actual behavior:

The changes for NVDA 2024.4.1 and 2024.4.2 are not listed.

Expected behavior:

The changes for NVDA 2024.4.1 and 2024.4.2 should now be listed in the change log. Since patch releases are not translated, I expect the paragraphs for 2024.4.1 and 2024.4.2 not to be translated, but the English text of these paragraphs to be included in the documentation.

Before switching to Crowdin, this was not possible. But now that the document is reconstructed by Crowdin, I'd like this possibility to be considered again.

Being on Crowdin doesn't solve the underlying problem, which is with the branching.
