This repository is created to generate a docker container for pal2nal.pl file. All the data is collected from Scalable Workflows and Reproducible Data Analysis for Genomics paper and from the following git repository https://github.com/EvolutionaryGenomics/scalability-reproducibility-chapter The DockerFile was modified to create a docker container for pal2nal.pl script.
