Associate assign - due immediate
Coordinator assign - due 30 days AFTER associate was chosen (aka task 1 complete)
Order Sign - 48 hours AFTER the coordinator assign (aka task 2 complete)

only managers can do this task

Sign Confirmation - 30 days after the sign has been ordered
