Reasoning

This package was originally designed as a Laravel Notification channel package, with some extra support/helpers for building components and embeds in an expressive way. Due to the ability to build components, this package also implements a simple "interaction handler" that allows users to extend functionality into their application.

As usage of this package has grown, new functionality has been proposed and existing functionality has been suggested to be revised. For this reason, version 2 of this package will make significant changes to the bot framework with the intent of offering more abstracted functionality to users, and allow them to create more complex bot apps.

This is a working roadmap and will be updated periodically.

The following features will be added to V2:

• Improved documentation
• Support for multiple bots and guilds (servers) ([ENHANCEMENT] Add possibility to handle more then one Bot #8)
• App Commands v2:
  • Refactor command structure (Handle discord commands like laravel commands #10)
  • Support for "migrations" on commands
  • Refactor command interaction listener/event to be more user-friendly
  • Add webhook support to commands to support additional message actions (also Handle discord commands like laravel commands #10)
• General webhooks support
