In the privacy tab, Sleepwatcher is not selectable using OS X 10.11 Developer Beta 1

Can you try to run another app and see if you can update the Accessibility options for that? For example running a simple automator script that tries to click a menu item. Take a look at the script that is used in the https://github.com/nwinkler/sleepwatcher-lync-status/blob/master/_lync-status.sh#L12 file (_lync-status function) - you can use that in the AppleScript editor. Once you try to run that, it should ask you to allow Script Editor to use the Accessibility options.

It's possible that some of the Accessibility stuff has changed in the preview - or that it's not fully supported yet.

trying this now, also sent feedback to apple as the other menus under Privacy tab are not selectable either even though the lock is opened

its grey too, so probably disabled temporarily by Apple
