Add to conda-forge

First, thank you for this excellent package!

I am trying to add it to conda-forge and have managed to get it to compile on linux and osx.
However, I can't get the package to compile on windows.

Would you mind having a look at the build log and point me in the right direction?

Thank you very much for your effort with conda-forge.

It looks like the C++ compiler gets confused with nested namespaces. Is it possible to use an updated C++ compiler?

Let me know if this helps, otherwise I will take a closer look at it later.
