Set install date automatically if not set when changing to active

When an device, link, node, or install object transitions to "Active" without an install date set, automatically set it

I think there maybe should be a hierarchy here also. Like if the Install is active and the node is planned, then the Node should also be marked as active an have an install date added. Perhaps the same thing with link -> device -> node?

We also need to backfill or at least detect any times where this didn't happen and should have and manually correct them
