Configuration file /etc/collectd.d/libvirt.conf is part of collectd-virt package, in version 5.12 this file was renamed to virt.conf and it breaks collectd configuration for elasticsearch on the hosts.

IIUC the original bug the workaround would be to simply remove the virt.conf file.
