Facing issue while hosted engine deployment "Pause execution until lock is removed

Facing issue while hosted engine deployment.

TASK [ovirt.ovirt.hosted_engine_setup : Pause execution until /tmp/ansible.0f1qsqk2_he_setup_lock is removed, delete it once ready to proceed]

Once we delete deployment fails, Can any one guide for fix.

Used both 4.5.4 and 4.5.5 version and same issue
