links are interpreted not as relative links

In GitHub wikis you are able to reference files from the same repository the wiki is specified in by link as GitHub simply implements the relative semantics of link: macros (http://www.methods.co.nz/asciidoc/chunked/ch21.html).

So i would like to specify links like link:../blob/master/.gitignore[Gitignore] for linking files in the repository. However, currently this will result in the following string occurring in the generated PDF: xref:../blob/master/.gitignore[Gitignore]
