Recurring every "nth" days/weeks/month

In Obsidian recurring Tasks, I am trying to figuring out how to show recurring tasks that happens on a specific week day of the month. I don't think I've found my answers after searching.

is there any way to show a specific date on a week? like, every first Monday of the month, every third Wednesday, etc.

What about "except"? It will happen every Tuesday except for the third one.

I am not aware of a way of doing that. The patterns known to work are listed in the documentation.
