How to help Independent students with support and learning through Rapid Router

Independent students currently make up a chunk of our users but their experience is pretty bad, and it lacks support. The resources they have a tailored to a classroom. And the solutions are there if they want to see them - is there a way to make it harder to see solutions, and give hints and help during levels instead, then if they really need the answer, they can see it?

This is ideation around the whole service design for Independent students.
