Add Control for null or bad values but mandatory values like memory for machine

Add ui control and business controller to manage bad values and display (via DockerServices) a dialog box to user.

As an example, for virtual box machine, a minimal value of 4 MB is necessary to create the machine, check if this value is not null and not equals or inferior to 4.
