Crashing On Startup After Fresh Install.

Describe the bug
Consistent crashes on startup

To Reproduce
Start the program, wait for a while on a loading bar, then it crashes.

Expected behavior
For the app to start and not crash

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10
• Version 22H2 Build 19045.4412

Additional context
This occurred directly after a fresh install of V.3.4.394.0 from the main website and persisted through a reinstall and repair attempt.
