Tailor slug unique validation soft deleted items

Hello,
I think there is a bug in Tailor slug unique_site validation.
If you create some item with some slug. Then you delete it. And you want to create this item again, you can not use same slug.

I think this is not a good behaviour to validate against deleted slugs.

Environment: OctoberCMS 3.7.9 with multisite (4 languages).
