User Story

As a new user, I am able to sign up to use the fitness challenge application.

Acceptance Criteria

The user is directed to the login page upon visiting the primary URL.
The user is presented an option to sign up.
The user may sign up for the application by specifying an email address and password.
Password requirements are --
- 8 characters minimum
- 1 special character
