How can we help decision-makers see their pain-points, consequences of ignoring, and benefits of addressing?
Limit workshops to only 1-2 variants
Schedule workshops according to variant
Make the final day of workshop more about feedback with survey
Make sure to have a followup call with the person who booked after workshop
