Property fields on list

Supposing a database has property fields. Users are allowed to see the records on list views, but if they want to add that list into a spreadsheet all the property fields disappear. It is because it is not possible to call property field contents on spreadsheets.

This does not happen with pivots, it is possible to work grouping on them.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice and useful to be able to call property fields. Nowadays, only the name can be called.
