How to reset errors

Yeah sorry I didn't get to it yet but the plan is to autoclear them as outlined in the other issue.
edit: @liborw ah just saw your PR, thanks, I'll take a look!

@anthonywebb as far as I'm aware you're using the ros2_control integration rather than the normal node? Cause in there we already do this autoclearing of errors.
