As my favourite plugin, I've been using Moviecut for years and I also translated it in my language.
There's an issue which came out a few months ago (probably since OBH5 which is py3? don't remember): unfortunately, after having put marks on a recording, when you choose it as "start cut" point, it removes the mark itself.
This is normally no issue except when you change idea and you want to remove a cutpoint.
In the past versions, no problem: marks where let there and you were able to redo the action. But now, just for this reason, you loose the mark corresponding to the startpoint and this means you need to search for it again.

That is not Moviecut, but CutList Editor. I think you'd have to take it up with the OBH team, CLE isn't supported here.
