I see that we don't need it, and I think we discussed this issue before. If it is to specify the type of the data (string, float, etc...) you can use the XSD:. The URI is also false is not "https://www.w3.org/2019/wot/td#".
I do not know if it is better to remove it from the ontology. In any case, it is not mandatory to use anything defined in the ontology. If you don't need it just use XSD for the data type.
saref:Measurement has a relation (wot:hasValueType) with wot:DataSchema.
