As part of #6 it was idenified that Microsoft fhir server will also work as a backend with some small (acceptable) adaptions.

Basic compatiblity added. Please note that due to lack of support of ":identifier" moditifier, using this FHIR Server as a backend currently will not allow the usage of ITI-62 and ITI-18 FindDocumentByReferenceId query.
