Multi display support.

My work setup is a Mac Book Pro Retina 15'' and 2 external screens (27'' at 2560x1440 and 24'' at 1920x1280), therefore I'm trying to have 'cefWork' to work correctly on any of those screens.

The application starts correctly on the main screen (be it retina or not). But I'm having trouble to correctly update the renderer when moving the window between a retina and non retina display.

(Merged this in the develop branch so we can move on with the refactoring without leaving this behind.)

I have tried many things (including this) but it's still not working.
