As ofxCEFClient seems to be dead, we need to implement this in ofxCef.

@ofZach I'm going to start to look at this. Do you have any recommendations about how approach this?
My plan so far is to look at the example projects included in the CEF package and of course ofxCEFClient.

I have a working VS solution, and with some help on the CEF forum I have been able to solve some issues. http://www.magpcss.org/ceforum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=12790

Next I need to clean the code a bit, and move everything in ofxCef. I hope to have this pushed in the coming days.
