Copy the content the Chromium Embedded Framework 3 Build package in this folder. All the builds are availalble here https://cefbuilds.com/. Then you will need to build CEF. To do so follow the steps described in the README.txt included in the build's package.

The current Visual Studio Solution has been tested with the build '3.2339.1261.g0369063'.
