With version 1.0.0.3 namespace Serial couldn't be found #4

when using version 1.0.0.1, namespace Serial can be found, but when upgraded to version 1.0.0.3 (for arm64-v8a support), Serial can no longer be found.

It can be reproduced by creating a new project and just changing between the two versions.
