Unable to find namespace in 1.0.0.2 and 1.0.0.3 #5

I have tried to install this package on NuGet automatically. But the thing I got is unable to find the namespace. In the end, I force to install the 1.0.0.1 version and it can be used.
Also, my platform is Android 7.1 with API 25. The requirement of API 26 might cause some problems in the later versions.
Hopefully, the problems could be solved, because this is the only solution that I can find to use Xamarin with C# to handle serial port on Android.

Nuget files for 1.0.0.2 and 1.0.0.3 do not appear to contain actual assemblies or any other related files needed.
