Describe the bug
When hovering over the status field button in the Requests table, the button color does not change as expected. This issue causes a lack of visual feedback for users, making it difficult to identify interactive elements.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Encounters'
  2. Click on 'view details then click patient details'
    3.Go to 'requests'
  3. See error

Expected behavior
The status field button in the Requests table should change color when hovered over, providing clear visual feedback to users to indicate that the button is interactive. The hover color should match the intended design or style guide for hover states.

Similar changes were made in #9889. To ensure consistency in the UI, I'll take this up. 👍
