It was never fully configured, just migrated the old Wordpress opendata.ee blog, so just minimal effort and it's not run by the same team, but was installed for Open Data Estonia community on behalf of ad hoc Open Data Day team (and the site is still up). The code is in OK-EE repositories because of historical reasons and website seems to be broken because of changes in GitHub or Lektor or both. Updates, ideas to repurpose and pull requests welcome!
