Add a section with the following question / answer pair:

"Mul on vaja avaandmeid asutuselt Aegviidu Vallavalitsus. Kust ma need leian?" / "Edasta teabenõue Open Knowledge Estonia veebilehelt."

where X is URL of open issue tracker link for new issue creation .

The h2 title of the section is "Korduma kippuvad küsimused".
