Custom UI- Installer is no longer responding Issue (Probable duplicate 1414)

This is related to issue #1414
I am also facing this issue. I am not sure what kind of action we can take.

yeah, it does look like the same issue. However, I do not want to close this issue just yet.

What you can do is to see if:

1. you can reproduce it
2. if removing custom UI removes the problem. I suggested it in Custom UI- Installer is no longer responding #1414 but there was no response.
3. Investigate with ProcessExplorer if there is an invisible window of msiexec.exe process that possibly holds the session when you experience this problem. Note, that there will be up to three msiexec.exe processes so you will need to understand which one is linked to he dialogs.
4. Use debugger to see who and where block the custom UI (if it does). You will need to build the UI with the sources (VS Custom UI template)
