New Documentation Site

Documentation has been moved to https://codecompanion.olimorris.dev. I've broken down the config.lua file in the Configuration section. I've also moved the RECIPES, ADAPTERS and TOOLS to the Extending the Plugin section.

If you scroll to the bottom of each page you'll see a "Edit this page on GitHub" link where you can make a direct PR. There may be some elements I've overlooked so would appreciate your contributions.

Can I just ask - how did you generate the demo in the docs home page? :)

I recorded my screen using ScreenFlow. Nothing clever, unfortunately.
