Search url bugs

I know that https://winstall.app/apps?q= is the way this app's search works. However, I got a weird bug.

• I was looking for Heroku.HerokuCLI and I wrote Heroku at https://winstall.app/ and that works, it shows me HerokuCLI.
• When I press "Other apps by Heroku" link, it shows no apps at https://winstall.app/apps?q=publisher:%20Heroku , but if I delete last letter and make it https://winstall.app/apps?q=publisher:%20Herok then it works and shows me HerokuCLI.
• Same thing happens on https://winstall.app/apps?q=Heroku .

I figured out that this issue can happen for first and/or last letter of app's name.
Same issue happens on BlueStacks.
On the main page https://winstall.app/, everything is okay.
On the search urls https://winstall.app/apps?q= and search urls starting with that, first and/or last letter will break the search at some times. For example: q=lueStack works; but q=BlueStack, q=lueStacks and q=BlueStacks shows nothing.
There may be an encoding error or something, don't know.
