- 1 pound ground beef
- Some amount of onion powder (equivalent to 1 small onion)
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Cool beef over medium high heat with onion until browned. 5-7 minutes
Drain fat. Return to heat
Stir ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire and mustard into beef mix. Simmer, stirring occasionally until thickened 15-20 mins
