In the https://docs.ondat.io/docs/install/ folder, we need to create an install troubleshooting guide

@otherjamesbrown @cannischan it seems like we already have a troubleshooting page located here > https://docs.ondat.io/docs/operations/troubleshooting/ which is mixed with installation and day 2 operations issues. What I will be doing first is transferring this information to their own separate pages under https://docs.ondat.io/docs/knowledgebase/ and put aside the the install troubleshooting guides for the dedicated https://docs.ondat.io/docs/install/ page.
