Hi Horizon Metrics says : Measures performance at each time step ahead. In the example, ..the last metric is bearing in count the previous steps?

HorizonMetricis measuring the model's error forktime steps ahead. So the 43.849617 in your screenshot is the average of the all errors for predictions that were made 4 steps ahead. It does not take into account errors that were made for predictions 1, 2, and 3 time steps ahead.
