Ensemble of Time series models for Time series analysis

Hi,

I am an avid user of riverml, especially for the time series analysis. I was trying a way to figure out how can we utilize multiple SNARIMAX model in expert model, I checked the source code of EWA regressor and found that there is no provision to use SNARIMAX model inside the expert model.

Our team did some changes in the source code of EWA Regressor locally and were able to finally fix this issue. We are willing to raise PR for the same and would like to publish an article on the riverml website. Let us know if it's fine.
