HDDM_W: Option to access Weighted average and Hoeffding's bound of data up to the cut point

Hi Everyone,

MATLAB recently added "HoeffdingDriftDetectionMethod" that has some useful properties such as:

1. Hoeffding's bound for input data observed up to the cut point
2. Weighted average of data observed up to the cut point
3. Hoeffding's bound for all input data used for training the drift detector

It would be great to add these properties to the HDDM_W and HDDM_A methods.
