Mappings with deleted ontologies are not cleaned after reprocessing #12

Hello,

We have an issue in the EarthPortal where the ontology DTTR_VMC has been deleted because of an acronym mistake.
The same vocabulary but with the acronym EASYDATA_KW has been created.
Some oddities could then be observed when looking for mappings (here and example with the Ecosystem concept):

The srv/ontoportal/data/repository folder does not contain DTTR_VMC anymore, and checking with ncbo_cron its presence returns nil as well.
However, even after reprocessing EASYDATA_KW, the mapping with the deleted ontology is still there.
