Missing slashes in atomURI regex pattern #3

The regex pattern on line 78 appears to have some slashes missing from special characters, causing it to invalidate many acceptable URIs:

atomUri = xsd:anyURI - xsd:string {pattern = '.[ <>{}|^`"\nrt].'}

"\nrt" should be changed to "\n\r\t".

Without slashes, the literal characters "r" and "t" are matched. The change better captures URI syntax (though could use further refinement).
