Description

Enable SQFT's NLS fine-tuning as a microservice in OPEA.

SQFT details can be found in the paper: SQFT: Low-cost Model Adaptation in Low-precision Sparse Foundation
Models

Additional external demos and documentation with examples of how to run SQFT.
