After creating a VectorDraw X-Block problem, the vectors I create have draggable tips, but the vector itself cannot be shifted via dragging.
@bradenmacdonald@antoviaque@dseaton This bug seems to only apply when axis=true (background grid is visible), which is the default for VectorDraw X-Block.
This bug also seems to be present in at least the most recent version of JS-input vector draw (which I've been working with lately), but for JS-input, the default was axis=false so maybe we didn't notice?
