Cannot join Slack :(

So i wanted to ask some questions in the open-dash slack channel, but when i go to the link in the website, it takes me to slack and requires that i already have an account in that workspace. It also says to contact the workspace admin for an invite but gives no way to contact them.

My questions we if there is a theme / template repo or list somewhere (I am sure community members have some stuff to share)? Also what is with the open-dash and open-dash-diy? That was VERY confusing to me, i think it should be clarified perhaps in the readme files to explain the difference or which one the user would presumably want

If you are hosting it on your own server, open-dash-diy is the one you want. The open-dash seems to be a hosted service that have never been completed.

From what I know, the development of this project is halted. I can see no new commit since may.

There seems to be a different project ( php based ) that was relatively active.. maybe try that one?
