Batch fitting
- Easiest to initially implement, just requires ability to upload multiple files and fit same set of params to them
Co-refining
- Upload multiple files and fit slightly differing sets of params to them
Iterative fitting
- Multiple files - fit one first, then next one is based on results of first one, etc
