Create a white-paper introducing the modeling work

The app current gives a set of tools to investigate the results of a set of validated modeling runs. That is a great work which corresponds to state-of-the-art for power system modeling, and contains a set of non-trivial assumptions. To make things clear and reproducible, it may be highly recommended to create some document with a detailed description of the modeling procedure, data used, assumptions and validation outputs.

That obviously goes out of scope of the developement work, but is definitely worth tracking.
