@drifter089 thanks for your work on zenodopy. Here are some suggestions on how to integrate it with this repo. Could you make a script in the benchmarks/pypsa/ directory that can be run after the user runs the existing Dockerfile and scripts to generate the benchmarks? (See instructions here)
The script can accept a folder as argument and uploads the LP files present in that folder
Script should additionally upload the benchmarks/pypsa/metadata.yaml file that describes the benchmarks
Perhaps for now we can manually create the Zenodo deposition, but you can put a new yaml/json file in benchmarks/pypsa/ that contains the Zenodo metadata that the script will use when updating the deposition
Let's test it out on the sandbox first, then switch to the real Zenodo when we release the benchmark website.
